4ug Count9kim there are ton of bugs in here that people just arent doing
anything about For instance this the very first bug If you go and read the text
of the bug it says This is basically fixed but you should probably and reassign it
to Tara and only he never did And..

This is an example of bug which is what would consider to be fluff bug
Which should have been driven out of the bug system but wasnt

MT Yes should probably deputize them have gotten small response
Tara What we need to do actually given the scope is we just need to split it up

TH So guess maybe the suggestion is Don and will go and well clean up all the
fluff and theres lot of duplicates that we noticed because at the beginning there
was lot of third party stuff that went resolve remind or me which was off
everybodys radar until yesterday when brought it back up And so we need to
fix all of that stuff that will probably trim off some percent and then we can just
put it up across..

MT Theyll all close at once All right and there are..probably 20 bugs saying wish
had documentation on this so that when people ship the source at some point were
going to close those out
TH Right and the documentation stuff is actually not something that were
necessarily well all of the documentation is not something that were necessarily
caring about by next Friday
MT Right we may end up latering all the Doc bugs

DM My fault burned it up to the possibility this morning Yeah its not too bad
because several of them were Doc bugs which

Ml and not all of them were ones that people werent working on they were just ones

page and smaller Is that like on Monday we think well be able to be that way from
looking at all

going to have to do something drastic to squeeze the last bugs out
TB Right and then Tuesday in Eds meeting should be the bug uh
Red Well well see if we need to do anything drastic then
TH Well we have meetings everyday whether theyre Lees meetings or theyre Eds
meetings and we should hit the bug list every meeting
red Well lets just brainstorm even just little more drastic
NIT So like this is the well one of the things weve done this past week is punished
people about bugs

Mt Im sony you have bug you have to come to the meeting and confess every day
that you havent fixed your bug until your bug is fixed
DM Seems reasonable to me
MI Except for the painful pa of somebody whos working really hard and trying to
make up our deadline and now were punishing him even harder But that works

off The thing about meetings is its an effective tactic
DM Well what about if we took everybody that had bug and..
MT think the thing to do is to reassign bugs right theres only an order of
magnitude 20 or 30 people on this list Right Then theres 120 people in Bobs
organization who know how to check in code so Thats got to be solvable
problem also

theyre on the FE team theyre part of small crowd with David Williams or
theyre like on the edges like security Java and Jamie and stuff like that And
thats really the class the group of people that it is

MT oh OK its like war room we could make this fun When you some up in the war
room and erase your name off the board you get toy
red right you leave come back in two hours and give me an update Were here in this
room and we want to know every two hours how much farther down the path you
are And we have these spotters
that are going to come look for you when your
timer runs out and hears yothame and look to see if youre in your cube working
on this or getting an update
